Returns & Exchanges:
Need to return something that you have ordered? No Problem. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for a full refund for up to 30 days. If you experience issues with a particular product after 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Items must not be worn or washed or out of the original packaging (tags must be intact). If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, we will gladly refund any merchandise. Returns are accepted on all items that meet guidelines above.
If you would like to make an exchange, place another order online, and send your return back to us separately. We will credit you for the return as soon as it is received. This is the best way to ensure that you get the item that you would like to exchange for.
Returns with UPS Return Label:
Please follow the steps below to return your merchandise via our UPS Ground Pre-Paid Return Labels. Shipping return fees will be deducted from your return total amount when we process your return.
- Request a return label from us by emailing us at email@example.com - Please put 'return label' in the message title. Please include your name and order number in the message.
- Wait for your return label to be emailed to you. We are usually able to do this fairly quickly after receiving your request. However, during busy periods please allow several hours. The email will come from UPS and will include instructions.
- Print out the label and place it on either the original packaging, or any packaging you would like to provide. Place any items you would like to return inside the package along with a copy of the receipt.
- Take your package to the nearest UPS Store, or any UPS dropbox location.
- Please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed, after your packaged has been received. All accepted returns are refunded back to the credit card of the original transaction.

If you would like to make an in-store, you can return merchandise purchased from our web store at any of our 4 locations. Just bring a copy of your receipt and also the original credit card used for the order, as well as a picture ID. All returns must be refunded back to the original credit card. If card is not present a store-credit may be issued at store managers discretion.
