Need to return something that you have ordered? No Problem. Returns @ HSSSURF.COM are easy and FREE! We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for a full refund for up to 90 days. If you experience issues with a particular product after 90 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Items must not be worn or washed or out of the original packaging (tags must be intact). We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the items you have ordered, we will gladly refund defective merchandise. Returns are accepted on all items that meet guidelines above. At the time we do not accept exchanges for items. If you would like to make an exchange, place another order online, and we will credit you for the return as soon as it is received. This is the best way to ensure that you get the item that you would like to exchange for.
Because we don't think you should have to pay for returned merchandise, we proudly offer FREE pre-paid return labels via UPS. So if the items being returned meet our Return Policy your next step in our return process is to let us know via our contact form. If you would like to make an in-store, you can return merchandise purchased from our web store at any of our 4 locations. Just bring a copy of your receipt and also the original credit card used for the order, as well as a picture ID. All returns must be refunded back to the original credit card. If card is not present a store-credit may be issued at store managers discretion.
