The 2010 Hurley Pro Lower Trestles kicked off Sunday in contestable conditions. HSS team rider Brett Simpson posted a two wave total of 10.93 in his round 2 heat against Fred Patacchia, to give him a win by only several tenths of a point.   Watch the live webcast over at http://www.hurley.com/hurleypro/live.cfm

Congrats to HSS team rider Brett Simpson for winning the 2010 Hurley US Open of Surfing!  Brett had no easy task this year, and managed to take down Dane, Kelly, and finally Jordy, to take his second consecutive victory.
