Brett's ready to go and is ready to start his professional career in the WCT. The official Go Brett Send-Off party at HSS was a success, if you weren't there bummer, Aaron Lieber's new short film was premiered, Go Brett, there was a giveaway which included a Bob Hurley surfboard, and a slick skin Hurley surf jacket. Huntington Beaches mayor even had a commendation speech congratulating Simpson. Even Huntington Beach High School cheerleaders had a surprise for HB's inspirational surfer. In a few days, Simpson will begin his campaign as an ASP World Tour as a rookie. Until then, Hurley, HSS, and the City of Huntington Beach are backing him.
