In a rematch of the Hurley US Open Final, Brett did not come out the victor. Simpo went up against current World Champion in round 3 of the Quiksilver Gold Coast Pro @ Snapper Rocks. Unfortunately for Brett, he couldnt get the scores to take out the top surfer in the world. On the up side of things Brett did make it through his first round of the tour and surfed quite well in both heats. Check out Brett's last heat against mick @ quiksilverpro.
