Well, summer is right around the corner, which for Orange County means some South Swell action. With some Souths in the water we knew it wouldn't be long before the we started seeing crazy, wonky, big Wedge barrels.

HSS Team Rider Brad Ettinger was able to score a few clean ones last week. Ya Brad...yew!!!!

A wave pool in the middle of nowhere or a land-locked city is not a new concept. Let's be honest, if you won the lottery tomorrow you would probably consider building your own personal wave pool with a perfect wave breaking in your own back yard, 24/7 and with no one on it but you and your best bros.

Let's be extremely honest though, the chances of you winning the lottery are pretty slim but the possibility to ride a perfect wave in the middle of nowhere is a lot closer to becoming a reality. If you haven't heard of the Wavegarden, check it out. Who knows, maybe one day you won't have to travel to the Basque country in Spain to experience the perfect wave pool.
